All Star Property Group has worked commercial and industrial property in the Sutherland Shire since 1988.
The firm was set up as a specialist office from the first day. The brief was narrow on purpose: factories, warehouses, offices, shops and investment buildings — not houses. That focus is still the whole business. Clients dealing with All Star are not sharing an office with a residential sales floor.
The work covers sales, leasing, auctions, market and lease appraisals, in-house property management, investment advice, project marketing, subdivisions and strata. Occupiers use the team to find space. Owners use the team to lease, sell or keep an asset running.
History
How the business was built
After many years establishing a local real estate brand, All Star brought two established commercial businesses into the same office: Richardson & Wrench Commercial Sutherland Shire and Warner Payne Sutherland. Those appointments expanded the portfolio across the Shire and St George.
The office now also works the McGrath Commercial Sutherland Shire and McGrath Commercial Wollongong portfolios. The result is one of the larger commercial and industrial portfolios in the district — sales stock, leasing stock, and a management portfolio run in-house from Taren Point.
That history matters in this market. Commercial owners do not change agents for a fresh logo. They stay where the file knowledge sits: lease history, options, rent reviews, the tenant who actually pays, the contractor who can get into the roof. A business assembled over decades is the point of the company, not a slogan.

With a career spanning over 40 years in the Real Estate industry, Craig comes with a wealth of experience rarely seen in an agent.
